Introducing Move Dance Model Skye

Skye Fletcher is another insanely talented dancer that we found at LIPA last year during a casting. We spotted her because of her beauty but also multi-skilled dancing (as most of those who train at LIPA are) and thought she'd be perfect to model dancewear for you! How old are you and where are you from?

I am twenty-two years old and from Nottingham.

Have you graded in any dance styles?

I am currently in my third year at LIPA and will be graduating with a BA Hons degree.

What's your favourite dance style?

My favourite dance style is Contemporary.

What dance style are you focused on?

The dance styles I am currently focusing on are ballet, contemporary, jazz, and commercial. I also do Aerial work and focus on the hoop mainly.

Which dance school are you currently at?

I am currently training at the Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts.

What's your ideal dance job?

My ideal dance job would be performing all around world! I really want to travel within my job!

What's your favourite dance pose?

My favourite dance pose would probably be a tilt or leg hold.

Have you modelled before?

Yes, I have done portrait modelling before.

Who's your dance idol?

Matthew Bourne

Do you have a favourite dance routine or song to dance to?

I love dancing to lots of different genres of music depending on what mood I’m in. I especially enjoy dancing to classical music I think it’s beautiful, every time I hear it I want to dance.

What's an interesting fact about you?

I used to compete as an acrobatic gymnast until the age of 18.

What's your fave cheesy party dance?

My favourite cheesy party song would probably be the cha cha slide
